4M Research, Inc. Appoints Randy Tieszen as New President

4M Research, Inc. has announced that it has appointed Randy Tieszen as its new President. Tieszen has over 40 years of leadership and management experience. He comes to 4M from Systems products and Solutions, Inc. where he served as the company’s President for three years. Prior to that, Tieszen was Group Chief Operating Officer at QinetiQ North America.

Before joining the industry, Tieszen completed a 31-year Army career retiring as a Brigadier General. He commanded Armor and Air Cavalry units from Company through Brigade including combat in Iraq. Additionally, among his many assignments he served as Commanding General of the US-led Multinational Task Force during NATO’s mission in Kosovo; as Chief of Staff, V Corps in Germany; and as Deputy Commanding General, Ft. Rucker, Alabama with duties as commandant of the Army Aviation School.
